Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. The paid wifi worked well. Room was on the 1st floor and easily accessible. Did have a shower for the elderly ‘ people with disabilities. Thought the shower worked well, the water did flood onto the bathroom tiles. Had to take a towel to prevent it from going onto the room carpet. Overall experience was great.

The location is good near the BART station and the international airport. Shops, restaurants, and churches are within walking distance from the hotel. Laundry inside the hotel helps us during our stay. Breakfast is healthy but should have some choices of fruits.

The location was perfect. We needed something close to the airport. The breakfast was good and we arrived a little early, so it was nice to be able to get into our room without having to wait. There were several wonderful restaurants right across the street, which was a bonus! The staff was super friendly and helpful at the front desk also!

I wish the breakfast would last until 10 am. I had been sick at night so I slept through it unto 9. And had to go buy some. I know from experience it’s pretty delicious!

The staff were excellent. The room was comfortable. The shuttle bus was great for getting to and from the airport.

The free breakfast exceeded my expectations. I thought it would just be a continental style buffet however; on offer were scrambled eggs, hot porridge and a variety of breads including bagels with cream cheese. Good coffee as w The location was excellent with the village of Milbrae offering shops, cafes and restaurants within very close walking distance. Trader Joe's nearby. My room was clean and a good size.

We checked in the hotel in the early hours, but the guy on the desk was so quick and made it very easy. Giving us a room just down from the breakfast hall. They also gave me 1 more extra hour for free to do a late check out. This hotel is right by the airport and around a 10 min taxi ride or use their own shuttle for $7.99

The staff are helpful, and the facilities inside the room meets our needs. There are many Chinese restaurants near the hotel within walking distance.

Michelle welcomed us to the hotel and answered all questions we had. She was extremely helpful. Location was good, close to the airport.
